Does anyone know of a NO SCAM at home job opportunity?

I have at least 10 years experience in bookkeeping, and customer service. I would really like a job telecommuting every day. Where can I find a work from home job that isn’t a scam.?

If looking for a JOB, go with your marketable skills and previous experiences. Build a list and use that to begin your search. General rule of thumb: Never pay for a job (businesses, on the other hand, usually involve some expenses). I recommend checking out the Telecommuting Moms folder here at WAHM.com for leads on home JOBS. I also have some resources for freelance work and telecommuting jobs on my Work From Home site.

legit free work from home typing
Are there any legit work from home opportunities out there where you don’t have to invest a small fortune?

Just legitimate work ….working for someone who has a business, not starting one of your own. I don’t want to sell or solicit or carry inventory.
Even the free lance writing sites and typing sites have hidden monthly membership fees.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks BettyAnne

Yes, but you have to work, I mean you have to have a skill or talent; no, if you’re talking about clicking buttons, taking surveys, etc.

Look on craigslist.org or google for freelance sites based on your skill (like writing, web design, clerical, etc.). If you don’t have a skill, develop one. :)

Work hard, expect to get a few projects but not every time you submit, and expect to make reasonable money for a certain amount of effort.

Click on any of the other suggestions here at your own risk. Those sites make their OWN money by selling your information to lists who want them for god-knows-what. Your information winds up…wherever. Identity theft is way, way up and everybody wonders why…I don’t wonder. People throw their information every which way in a desperate attempt to make money for not really doing anything.

Sorry to be harsh, and I don’t mean you, necessarily! Just warning you, and trying to give you a few suggestions that won’t wind up biting you in the behind eventually. Good luck!

Packing Work From Home Australia

packing work from home australia
I need help from someone to talk about my problems. I have alot of resentment for my family. I am 25.?

My dad killed a goat that was my sister’s pet and had the family eat it. Then he hung it’s head on a fence post and let it rot. We used to pick up aluminum cans on the road to recycle them so we could get enough money for a pack of hotdogs to feed the family. My mom refused to work while we starved. My dad quit his job to be a “blacksmith” because he was obcessed with dungeons and dragons. My sister is now 32, lives at home with my mom in a small trailer. She’s never worked for anyone except KMart. My dad married a 26 year old fat chick with epilipsy and moved to Australia. I was molested by my cousin and my sister constantly when i was 5-11 years old. My most disturbing memory is when my dad killed the goat that was my sister’s pet and hung the head on a fence post. Weeks later i remember seeing the rotting head with the long teeth and an eye hanging out of it’s skull. This story is no bull****. This is my real life story, someone help me deal with my repressed anger at my family.

You didn’t say, but I hope you don’t still live at your mothers home. I think the best thing is to write a letter to your abusers. In the letter you would tell them exactly what they did to you and how it made you feel. Get everything off of your chest. After you have written the letters wait about three months and read your letters again. If you decide to mail the letters fine, or..you can burn the letters as a symbol of letting go of the past. You can choose to forgive your abusers, but it doesn’t mean you should go around them again to receive more abuse. You just need to get well so you will be a marvelous father one day. You deserve it.

Which dog best suits my lifestyle and my beagle?

I own a 9-month-old beagle mix and I would like to get another dog for her to play with once I graduate from college (Spring 2011). I run for 30 min or walk for 1 hour 4-5 times a week with my dog. sometimes i am gone all day due to school and work. i hike a lot, and we do around 7 miles in a day when we do hike. i live in a 2 bedroom apt, but i will be moving to a townhouse once i graduate and get a better job. my boyfriendalso lives with me, so when i’m not home he’s usually home. my beagle is a moderate shedder and i wouldn’t want any dog that sheds worse than her. i like short-coated dogs and medium to large size.

Rhodesian Ridgeback hands down is the way to go. they make great companions and they would be great in your situation. check they out at lionhounds.org you definately wont be disappionted if you do. you wont regret it.

Does anyone know or work for a company or agency which offers telecommute/work from home?

I have been searching for a legitimate work from home program for quite a while now (NOT HOME BASED BUSINESS), I’m not ready for that yet. I have found at least two which are legitimate. Though I think one of them is only a temp. I’m looking for full/part-time, long term. The other has yet to contact me. I do not want to be an independent contracter or vendor. I’m looking for a company for which I can work from home for and earn an hourly wage, working a certain shift. Weekly or Biweekly pay.

There are many companies who apppont agent at home. How to get a date as a single Christian mom?

Ok, so I am a single mom, and I am getting to the point that I feel pretty lonely and would like to date some guys. I’m Christian and I dont drink, so meeting men in bars or clubs is out of the question. Theres very few single men at my church, so finding one there is out of the question. I live in a rural area. I work from home, so I dont meet men at work. Other than web sites like Match.com…how do I meet men? Its gotten to the point where I am tempted to go spend a few hours a week in Wal-Mart to meet men. I am serious! So what do I do?

For the time being pray to God that you will find one thats worthy of both of yours companionship. You could always try the bookstore or Christian bookstore.

Part Time Work From Home Utah

Fired for Being Sick?

I was in an accident a few days ago, and I’ve missed work since Monday. I have documentation and all that stuff, but I was wondering if I should worry about getting let go for being absent?

I might be out sick for another whole week. I live in the state of Utah, and I’m wondering if there are laws protecting you from being fired while out sick?

The accident happened while I was at home, and I’m in good standing with my supervisors, and I’m an hourly part-time employee.

There is a federal law called the FMLA (family medical leave act) that permits you up to 12 weeks unpaid sick leave for a serious injury (amongst other things). However, there are requirements that you may not meet.

Go here http://www.dol.gov/esa/whd/fmla/#guide and check out the FAQ.
